Companies, teammates and invitations
Organize a team while keeping room membership and guest access explicit.
Company profiles, owner/member roles, teammate invitations and branded room creation are available.
Set up your company
A company organizes the team and its branding. Rooms retain individual ownership; joining a company does not automatically grant access to existing rooms, shared conversations, results or recordings.
- Sign in and open the company workspace controls from the room entry screen.
- Create a company and choose its name, initials and color.
- Invite the teammates who should belong to it. They accept using their own signed-in accounts.
- Choose the company when creating a branded room, then invite the people who need that specific room.
Use the invitation for the access you mean
Before sharing a room invitation, consider the content already there. New room members can access its saved recordings as well as shared work. Do not use a guest link when you mean to grant durable signed-in room membership.
| Invitation | What it grants |
|---|---|
| Company teammate | Company membership. Room membership is still separate. |
| Collaborative room member | Access to that room after signing in and accepting. |
| Interview or Client guest | A single-use, account-free path to that session, subject to host admission. |
| Broadcast viewer link | Watch-only access after the host goes live. |
Current company limits
Company billing, member removal, ownership transfer and uploaded logos are not available. Do not create a company expecting those administration controls. Room and guest permissions continue to follow the selected room mode.
Feature access and limits can change. Check availability and planned work.
