Share a result and keep your work

Choose exactly what reaches the room without opening the rest of your personal workspace.

Selected-result sharing and private saved work are available. Public result links and automatic recipient follow-ups are planned.

Publish one selected result

There is one current shared personal result per room. Sharing copies the selected artifact; it does not grant access to your other files or automatically update when you edit the original. This is room-member sharing, not publication through a public link.

  1. Open your saved personal result and review the version you intend to share.
  2. Choose Share this result with room.
  3. Check the shared result view to confirm the room is seeing the intended copy.
  4. If you revise your private version later, share the new version deliberately when it is ready.

Revisit a saved version

A saved version can be inspected without repeating the original action. Wait for an active task to finish before continuing from another version. The broader Tasks list and saved activity replay remain Awaiting release.

  1. Open History in your workspace and select the version you want to inspect.
  2. Use Back to current workspace to return to your current work.
  3. Use Continue from this version when you want a new starting point. Review and explicitly start any follow-up task.

Present with care

Screen sharing publishes the surface you select in your browser. Check for private messages, tabs and files before sharing. A selected shared artifact does not expose your full desktop, but a screen you deliberately publish can show whatever is on it. If a room recording is active, published screens may be captured.

Feature access and limits can change. Check availability and planned work.
