Task history and saved activity replay
An upcoming way to find earlier work and inspect it without running the task again.
Implemented and locally checked, but not yet part of the public room interface.
Keep active and earlier work distinct
The new Tasks view groups your own work into active, attention-needed and recent tasks. It is designed to make completed work and failed starts easier to find, with separate execution and saving states. The view covers up to 50 tasks from bounded recent history; it is not a complete archive.
Inspect a saved task without rerunning it
Saved activity replay lets you inspect what happened in an earlier task without starting another execution. Separate result and replay views keep the task you are inspecting distinct from current work. Saved HTML results can be previewed or downloaded, then deliberately shared through the existing result controls.
- Opening a replay is passive; it does not rerun its actions.
- Starting a new task still requires reviewing and sending a request.
- Task history remains scoped to your account and room; it does not reveal another person’s computer.
- This does not introduce an automatic backlog, task reordering or concurrent sample-data execution.
Use saved work in the current release
Until the Tasks view is published, use the existing workspace, History and saved-work continuation controls. Do not look for the new Tasks panel in the public product. No release date is promised.
